As Allscript Establishment (S) Pte Ltd is not liable for any loss of parcel by local mail, we will still consider replacing the missing issue on a case by case basis.
Allscript is a distributor for over 1500 titles and representing numerous international publishers and therefore we are do not guarantee a replacement for any missiing issue but will try our best to arrange for a copy or a replacement.

You will receive a welcome letter confirming the start issue of your magazine. The subscription will start with the next available issue.

| ORDERS AND PAYMENT METHODS |
1. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions. Allscript.com reserves the rights to restrict or refuse any order it receives for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion.
An email acknowledgement will be sent to you, confirming and detailing your orders upon your checkout. However, this email shall not be construed as order confirmation or order acceptance from Allscript.com.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us shall deem as completed on dispatch to you of the products ordered (and in the case of subscriptions, on despatch of each issue of the publication) unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
For certain titles, Allscript passes the order and your payment to the Publisher for fulfillment. In those cases, the order and payment will be acknowledged by Allscript.com and accepted and dispatched(or rejected) by the Publisher and not Allscript.com. In the event of your order being rejected or not supplied for any reason by the Publisher, it will be for the Publisher, and not Allscript.com to refund your payment.

| 2. PRICE |
All prices quoted are in the local currency and inclusive of delivery to local destination by local mail.
Occasionally, publishers may increase the frequency of issues such as special issue that comes with a higher pricing. In such cases, allscript.com reserves the right to increase the subscription rate for that special issue only. All subscription shall not include special issue unless specified.
In the event of an error in the price of the magazine you have ordered, we shall cancel the order and contact you to inform you of the error as soon as possible. The order will remain cancelled, if we are unable to contact you. |
