Volume 3 of Another Escape will surely bring your appreciation for the woodlands and its caretakers to another level.
To find a great breadth of passionate people, working with wood, sizing up their skills and bringing to the world what some of us cannot offer, these people have allowed us to come into a reality that we used to have but no longer belong to. Returning to the roots of our fore fore fore-fathers and understanding the techniques and practices used, these people, though not many, have introduced new life (I know, what an irony). From a driftwood kayak builder, to wood colliers (also known as charcoal makers), to the US Forest Service, to a traditional Korean papermaker, to wilderness-foraging perfumers and so many more, come to understand their lives and watch their hands give unto us a feeling of hope.
