Returns and Exchanges

General Policy
  • We will offer to refund you or to exchange your purchase for another title (we will give you both options) in the following situations:

(1) Your package gets lost in the mailing process and we are not able to find you a replacement;

(2)  We sent you a damaged magazine and/or a magazine with defects and we are unable to find you a replacement; or

(3) The title ceases publication and/or we stop receiving supply of the title from the publisher. 

  • All other requests for refunds/exchanges will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to leave us a message under the "Returns and Exchanges" field on our Customer Service Form

I have not received my package/my package got damaged upon delivery. What do I do?
