Shipping/Delivery Charges

Late delivery / lost mail items
We apologize if your magazine has taken longer than expected to arrive.

We generally outsource all our deliveries to a mail service provider (e.g. Singpost). We thus have little control over the shipping process after the packages have been sent out (this includes the delivery timelines). The exception to this of course is if you opt to have your package sent via Registered Mail (you will receive a tracking number in this case).

Please also note that the timelines stated under the Shipping/Delivery Charges section are guidelines, and we cannot guarantee that you will always receive the magazines within the specified timeframe(s).

In this regard, we ask that you give the mail service provider a couple of working days on top of the stated timeframe(s) to deliver your package.
